If we’re being completely honest, the Monaco Grand Prix is not always the most exciting race on the Formula 1 calendar. The challenging street circuit sometimes makes for races that are more about strategy, timing, and honestly, luck.
And yet, there is no other track that rivals in its prestige.
Arguably the most iconic race weekend across all motorsport disciplines, this Grand Prix is all about Formula 1 culture, glitz, and glamor, and winning this particular race is on every driver’s bucket list.

Of all the celebrities present at the Monaco Grand Prix — and there are plenty to choose from — Tom Holland was definitely the biggest star of the weekend.
After being welcomed so warmly by the Red Bull team, the famous actor returned the favor. Waving the checkered flag at the end of the race, Tom Holland welcomed Max Verstappen as he crossed the finish line to take his second win at Monaco.
The draw this season sure does seem to be with Red Bull — after all, they are definitely the team to beat right now — as another familiar face was present in their team’s garage.
Brazilian football superstar Neymar was another one of the big celebrities at the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix, and he was Red Bull all the way, hanging out with the team’s pit crew and even sipping on a can while enjoying the race.
Neymar was not the only footballer enjoying some high-octane action.
Belgian goalkeeper for Real Madrid, Thibaut Courtois put aside his gloves for now to enjoy a glamorous Grand Prix weekend in Monaco, perhaps even sharing some of his winning experiences with the Williams team.
