Inspired by his creativity and personal style, Jordan Clarkson’s clothing line is a reflection of his personality and playing philosophy.
As we’ve all been eagerly anticipating the start of the next NBA season, certain players have been making the most out of their time off. Jordan Clarkson, in particular, flew to the Philippines to compete in the 2023 FIBA World Cup, and just a few weeks after his final game representing Gilas Pilipinas (where he dropped 34 points), he also announced the release of his new clothing collection.
“When wearing this collection, I want people to feel love in themselves. Being comfortable wearing it, knowing that you’ve got something fly on, knowing that Lululemon is doing something different,” Clarkson wrote in a statement on the brand’s website.
The Utah Jazz player has long been known for his style, often talked about for his style choices seen in the NBA tunnel, during fashion week shows, or just on his Instagram. Now, fans of his fashion sense can emulate it with Lululemon’s Jordan Clarkson Collection.
Free your movements
The clothing collection takes inspiration from the Gilas Pilipinas player himself. On and off the court, fans know Jordan Clarkson to be someone who enjoys being creative, whether that’s with his movements on the court or with his fashion choices, and the pieces in his new line definitely reflect that.
From the tear-away track pants and training shorts to the relaxed sports tank and the full-zip jacket, every piece in the collection was thoughtfully designed for comfort. When worn, each item has a free-flowing fit, ready to support any kind of creativity in one’s movement.
“I just want people to feel comfortable in this — and vibe out,” Clarkson says, describing the fit and function of his pieces.
While most pieces take on a very simple style, some of them include different graphics. The Relaxed Sport Short, for instance, features a distorted peace sign with words around it that read, Time & Space. Other shirts and tops in the collection also include different versions of the distorted peace sign, signifying the free nature of Jordan Clarkson’s personality.
“The prints on the tee are a description of me. Probably the favorite detail on the shirt, the butterflies, the peace sign, but most importantly, my name, my signature on this is stamped. It’s all me,” Clarkson shared in a social media interview promoting his new line.
Jordan Clarkson’s creativity and playing philosophy both truly come out in this new limited-edition clothing collection. So what do you think — cop or drop?
