In the spirit of building communities that nurture the country’s next generation of champions, RLC Residences is reinforcing its commitment to young athletes by hosting IRONKIDS Puerto Princesa 2025— with more races set to follow.
Motivated by their dedication to empowering families and strengthening community bonds through sports, RLC Residences recently signed a three-year partnership with IRONKIDS from 2025 to 2027. To kick off this exciting collaboration, the major real estate developer hosted the IRONKIDS Puerto Princesa 2025 race on March 1, 2025.
More than just a race, the IRONKIDS Puerto Princesa 2025 event was a platform for kids to unleash their potential and become inspired to grow as individuals.
“At RLC Residences, we’re not just building homes—we’re creating communities where kids have the opportunity to grow into little champions, not just in sports but in life. We believe that every child thrives best when surrounded by a caring community,” shared Dan Carlo Torres, Brand Management and Operations Head of RLC Residences.
The brand’s commitment does not stop at hosting races. To continue their mission of raising little champions and supporting aspiring athletes, RLC Residences also proudly introduced its very own Junior Triathlon Team!
Bringing kids of all backgrounds and ages together as a part close-knit community, RLC Residences hopes this team can become a space where youngsters can inspire and uplift one another. In addition, the brand hopes to create even more opportunities for these little champions to thrive.
This year’s IRONKIDS Puerto Princesa race already showed this mission in action.
Every participant who competed at the event showcased their determination, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Among those who crossed the finish line with pride were the members of the RLC Residences Junior Triathlon Team—who achieved impressive podium finishes!
Amir Kian Buensuceso secured third place in the Male 9-10 Category, while Xavier Benedict Belleza also achieved third place in the Male 6-8 Category.
“As a triathlete myself, it’s inspiring to see the shift—from parents leading races to kids now taking center stage, with their parents cheering them on. It’s amazing how the next generation is influencing their families to be more engaged and active together,” Torres expressed, as a triathlete himself who has competed in a total of eight IRONMAN 70.3 events and one full-length IRONMAN.
RLC Residences, however, is not stopping at the youth level.
With their belief in uniting different communities through the spirit of sports, the brand also made a strong showing at the recent IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Princesa, a race known for its scenic yet demanding course that puts triathletes to the test across a 1.9-kilometer swim, a 90-kilometer bike, and a 21-kilometer run.
The RLC Residences Triathlon Team, composed of passionate athletes from the RLC family, along with top contenders in the sport, finished the Puerto Princesa race, securing impressive finishes as well. Among them, Ronald Molit secured an impressive 4th place in the 40-44 age category, earning the title of the fastest Filipino finisher in the age group. Meanwhile, Rafael Silerio delivered a strong performance, finishing 6th in the 30-34 age category.
“I couldn’t be prouder of the RLC Residences Triathlon Team for conquering the challenging course of this race. Their dedication, perseverance, and passion truly embody what it means to raise the game—not just for themselves but for the community that supports them. Seeing them push their limits and achieve incredible results is an inspiration to us all,” Torres added.
Ultimately, these are markers of RLC Residences’ commitment to serving its communities through sports.
