Forget about the NBA Finals for a moment — this is the game that most (if not all) NBA fans have been highly anticipating over the last few weeks: Luka Dončić’s debut for the Los Angeles Lakers.
This has been, for the most part, what the league has been counting down to ever since the announcement of this blockbuster trade that saw the Dallas Mavericks send their star player on a plane to the City of Angels.
Luka officially made his debut for the Lakers today (Manila time) in their game against the Utah Jazz. And knowing that this one was going to be a game many had been looking forward to, here’s how the players from both sides arrived for the show.
Jordan Clarkson
You can always expect Jordan Clarkson to be on these lists. One of the most fashion-forward athletes in the league, the Filipino-American basketball star showed up in a dark baggy windbreaker with loose-fitted pants that matched. The neutral colors of the look might make it look relatively understated, but the subtleties in the pattern still give the entire outfit a certain edge that Clarkson wears well.

Another interesting set of coordinates that we spotted at the Jazz-Lakers game is Rui Hachimura’s brown sweat-set. The top is your average, natural-colored sweatshirt, but the bottoms are a playful mix between cargo pants and sweatpants — comfort and function rolled into one.
