LOOK: TikTok Boxing Sensation Salt Papi is in Manila!

By Annika Caniza - March 07, 2023

The Fil-Brit TikToker and boxing sensation with 5 million followers, Salt Papi, has just landed in his home country, the Philippines!

Salt Papi started the year on a real high, making headlines as the TikToker influencer-turned-boxer who pulled off a knockout win over Josh Brueckner on January 15.

But it wasn’t just the fact that he was a social media influencer who dominated the ring. As a boxer, Salt Papi showed off major skills. His timing, footwork, control, and speed had professional boxers such as Sunny Edwards and Ryan Garcia sharing comments expressing that the influencer should go pro.

But one thing that really caught the eyes of boxing fans (especially Filipino fans) is the fact that he celebrated with the Philippine flag around his shoulders.

In case you didn’t know, Salt Papi — whose real name is Busta Breezie — is a Fil-Brit who was born in the Philippines but moved to the United Kingdom as a teenager.

And now, the 29-year-old is back in the Philippines.

Back in the Philippines!

Yesterday, Busta Breezie posted on his TikTok — where he has five million followers to date — a video of him at Heathrow Airport.

And a few hours later, he posted another TikTok video of him dancing in the Philippine airport with the caption, “Just arrived!!! 🇵🇭🙏🏾💪🏽”

Since his arrival in the Philippines, Salt Papi has been posting more pictures and videos of himself around the country. Just earlier today, he posted another video of himself running through the streets, which is another thing the Fil-Brit is known for — his training videos.

Apart from training in Manila weather, Busta Breezie also seems to be enjoying different aspects of Philippine culture, including our methods of transportation.

It’s like he never left for the United Kingdom in the first place.

Based on all his photos and videos of his time in Manila so far, it still remains to be seen if he is in the country for official business or if he is taking a personal vacation to his home country. But regardless, we’re excited to see more of what this engaging content creator comes up with during his stay.

Have you run into the TikTok star yet?
