The Philippines’ presence can be felt all over the international MLBB esports scene, especially at the Esports World Cup.
MSC 2025 is almost upon us, and once again, the Philippines is out in full force — not just from our own league but those coming from other regions as well.
Quite a few Filipino import players have made a name for themselves this season. They’ve bolstered the ranks of their teams, but we’ll get to see how they fare on the international stage. But there are a few players who could potentially really shine in the Mid Season Cup, so we’ve got a list of five Pinoy players we’re watching out for this MSC 2025.
John “Innocent” Banal – SRG.OG

Innocent’s career has only trended upwards ever since he joined the Selangor Red Giants back in 2024. Together with Mark “Kramm” Rusiana and coach Michael “Arcadia” Bocado, these three Pinoys have helped shape SRG.OG into the championship-winning team it is today.
SRG.OG are the defending MSC champions, and with the way Innocent’s been playing, they’re looking to keep the title. Not only is he the regular and finals MVP for MPL Malaysia S15, he’s also gotten the most Savages in the Malaysian league as well. Innocent is in peak form, and we’ll see if any of the other teams can stop him.
Kiel “Kielvj” Cruzem – DianFengYaoGuai

As one of the older veterans of the Filipino MLBB scene, Kielvj has had a storied career before lending his experience to the budding Chinese scene. He’s won two MPL PH seasons back when he was with Sunsparks and even won a MSC title with Execration.
Now Kielvj is back in the international spotlight, leading his Chinese squad on the MSC 2025 stage. They didn’t do so hot last year, but you can chalk that up to the inexperience of a newly formed team in a newly formed region. With a little more experience, they can hopefully make an impression against the other teams.
Jaymark “Hadess” Lazaro – Team Flash

Hadess has been bumping around as an imported talent for quite a few years now. First in Indonesia’s Geek Fam, then on loan to Singapore’s Team Flash. Each time, he’s always had the potential to take over games to the point where people would call it “Hadess Gaming” when he starts dominating. There’s potential for big upsets with Hadess and Team Flash, so teams better watch out.
Kairi Rayosdelsol – ONIC

And of course, we can’t talk about Pinoy import players without mentioning Kairi. As one of the first imported Filipino players, his name is now firmly planted in both Filipino and Indonesian fans.
Many have argued that he’s one of the best Junglers in the world, but lately, he’s taken more of a supportive role in the team. Instead of being the one in the highlight plays, he instead helps create opportunities for his team. Will that be enough for ONIC to get the MSC 2025 trophy? We’ll have to wait and see.
Ralph “Flick” Hamoy – Corinthians

Finally, coming all the way from Brazil is Corinthians’ Jungler, Flick. He was relatively quiet during the regular season of MPL LATAM but exploded during the playoffs. He earned seven MVPs during the playoffs and even got the finals MVP after a close series with INFLUENCE RAGE. The LATAM region has never really excelled on the international MLBB stage, but maybe that’ll change if Flick can repeat his finals MVP performance.
