Meet MPL Cambodia’s 13 Prime Pinoy Players

By Ramon Domingo - March 25, 2024
Whether it’s on home ground or overseas, Pinoy pros bring with them their Mobile Legends prowess.

The sixth season of MPL Cambodia is looking to be the most intense yet thanks to the inclusion of these Pinoy players. Some are familiar faces within the scene while others bring with them the experience of playing in the MPL Philippines.

First up are Team SV who were able to defend their MPL slot through the 2024 Challenger Cup. Kevs1 enters as their new Jungler while Ralph “Rapidoot” Adrales takes the Roamer spot. As ONIC Philippines’ former substitute Roamer, Rapidoot is looking to sharpen his skills against Cambodia’s best.

PRO Esports on the other hand are looking to leverage that Pinoy experience with three Filipino imports. We have Bien “Boyet ”Chumacera in the Jungle, Mariusz “Donut” Tan in the Gold Lane, and Jhonwin “Hesa” Vergara as substitute Gold Laner. Boyet was formerly from Minana EVOS and like Rapidoot he’s also aiming to improve in the Cambodian pro scene.

Then we have Cambodia’s M5 World Championship representatives See You Soon. Michael “MPTheKing” Endino stays as their Jungler while newcomer Kennt “Souuul” Baesa is their Gold Laner. See You Soon had an impressive end-of-season run to make it to M5 and they’re looking to do it again this year for the Mid-Season Cup.

DRoar Legends keep Kenneth “CADENZA” Castro and Mc Ivan “Aykii” Ocampo as Roamer and Mid Laner. Team Max keeps Flick and Renz “Renzio” Cadua as Jungler and EXP Laner as well.

Last but not least for Pinoy players making their way to MPL Cambodia are former Blacklist International players joining Team Flash KH. Jungler Ian “Rindo” Seguiran and Gold Laner Lee “Owl” Gonzales test their might and bring their experience under Blacklist to full bear in the Cambodian arena.
