Mobile Legends esports is getting bigger and better with Snapdragon’s help.
Two titans in the mobile gaming scene come together as the Snapdragon Pro Series is partnering with MOONTON Games to help expand Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports. As the world’s largest multi-title mobile esports league, Snapdragon is aiming to introduce MLBB to new regions. Among them are Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, etc., as well as a new women’s league in Southeast Asia. Together with a total of 780,000 USD in prize money, this is looking to be the biggest Snapdragon season yet.
“With MLBB Esports having already begun taking root in the mainstream, our focus is on expanding our ecosystem to be even more inclusive and accessible,” said Ray Ng, Head of Esports Ecosystem, MOONTON Games. “We’re delighted to team up with Snapdragon Pro Series again to offer the international MLBB community even more opportunities to watch, compete, and celebrate their passion for the game.”
MLBB will become a Mobile Masters title for Year 3 of the Snapdragon Pro Series. This will round out a year-long calendar of premier MLBB competitions with up to 200,000 USD up for grabs. The MLBB Mid-Season Cup (MSC) and MLBB Women’s Invitational (MWI) is taking place at the Esports World Cup. With the M6 World Championship happening in Malaysia, it’s going to be an exciting year for Mobile Legends esports.
Bringing MLBB to Audiences All Over the World
The Snapdragon Pro Series will also launch and operate an all-new MLBB women’s league in Asia-Pacific and Japan. With up to 30,000 USD in prizing distributed throughout the season, the league aims to not only broaden MLBB’s fanbase, but also create new paths to pro for women competitors.
It’s MOONTON Games’ 2024 mission to grow MLBB internationally with the partnership of the Snapdragon Pro Series. The mobile esports league operates in seven regions and has over 110 million active monthly players around the world.
