By Ramon Domingo - July 07, 2023
The tournament to see who is the world’s strongest fighter is about to start once again.

The Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour 2024, the most exciting DBFZ tournament in the world, was just announced earlier this week. And this year, the circuit is adopting a revamped format to determine which players are worthy of making it to the World Tour Finals.

Here’s what you need to know about the DBFZ World Tour.

Power+ / Power Events

Seven major tournaments held around the world will be designated as Power+ or Power events. The winner of these massive tournaments will directly qualify for the DBFZ World Tour Finals.

Evo 2023 will kick off the tour later this August as the first Power+ event. The Philippines will once again host one leg of the tour at REV Major happening later this September.

Tenkaichi Events

These official community-sponsored tournaments feature a global leaderboard where participating players will be ranked according to their performance in each event. Those who finish in the top four by the end of the season will earn the right to play in the World Tour Finals.
