Filipino skateboarding Olympian Margielyn Didal celebrated her eighth anniversary with her partner, Jozel, by dropping a big question: “Yes or YES?”
Just last night, February 21, 2023, Margielyn Didal posted a big announcement on her Instagram: she and her partner, Jozel, are going to get married!
“Yes or YES ?!! Happy 8th Anniversary,” Margielyn wrote in her caption.
To celebrate their anniversary, it looks like Margielyn and Jozel took a little high up from the city to enjoy a special dinner with a beautiful view. Their private setup was even cradled in a bed of rose petals.
Little did Jozel figure that Margielyn had an even bigger surprise waiting for her.
While the news of their engagement may come as a pleasant surprise, the news of Margielyn’s eight years with Jozel does not, as they have been public about their relationship for some time.
Margielyn frequently posts about Jozel. And last year, the couple was also seen taking a trip to Bali together.
Having been together for eight years now, Jozel has been supporting Margielyn for a long time and has supported her through all her ups and downs as an athlete — including her stint at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Now, they get to support one another as an engaged couple. When do you think the big day is going to be?
